Gaurav Ply has made every effort to display the color of the products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual color will depend on the user’s monitor, we cannot guarantee that user’s monitor’s display of color would be accurate. The user is advised to refer physical catalogue for exact look and feel of textures.

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered. Normally if the orders are placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship on the same day. Orders received on a Sunday or Holiday would be processed on the next working day. In an event of natural or man-made calamity or civil disturbance or book-on-order items, the scheduled processing and delivery might be delayed.

Cancellation of order is permitted any time before the processing of dispatch. If a cancellation is made after the dispatch of the order, the customer will have to bear transportation charges at actual and bank charges of 2.5% or whatever is the existing charges.

Gaurav Ply reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason.
