GST

• GST will be charged in extra as per the classification and nomenclature of the selected item.

Freight / Delivery Charges

• If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to mistake by the user (i.e. for wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

Unloading and Lifting Charges

• The purchaser has to make his/her own arrangements for unloading and lifting the material delivered. On request, manpower for unloading and lifting the material might be arranged which shall be charged at rates mentioned below. The customer will have to inform his requirement before the dispatch of the ordered material. The manual lifting charges would be Rs 10 per sheet per floor (plywood/blockboard/MDF/flexible ply/shuttering ply/laminate bundle).
• Prices quoted at Gaurav Ply do not include unloading/lifting charges.
• In case of deliveries at apartments/gated communities/office etc. the customer has to get prior necessary permissions for entry of goods and unloading.

Shipping and Returns

• Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered. Normally if the orders are placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to ship on the same day. Orders received on a Sunday or Holiday would be processed on the next working day. In an event of natural or man-made calamity or civil disturbance or book-on-order items, the scheduled processing and delivery might be delayed.

Cancellation of Order

• Cancellation of order is permitted any time before the processing of dispatch. If a cancellation is made after the dispatch of the order, the customer will have to bear transportation charges at actual and bank charges of 2.5% or whatever is the existing charges.
• Gaurav Ply reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason.

Replacement/ Return

• To get a replacement or return any item, you could contact at our support numbers. However, the same would be made after thorough inspection and checking of the material.

Display

• Gaurav Ply has made every effort to display the color of the products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual color will depend on the user’s monitor, we cannot guarantee that user’s monitor’s display of color would be accurate. The user is advised to refer physical catalogue for exact look and feel of textures.
